Grain is strictly for people aged 18 and over. By joining you confirm you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is truthful and about yourself.

We verify your mobile number with a one-time SMS code to confirm you’re a real person and to sign you in. Keep your number and access secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

You give us your name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email, and the photos and answers you upload. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload and that they are of you.

You consent to Grain storing this information and showing your profile to members you connect with. Your photos stay blurredto anyone you haven’t connected with, are only ever visible to invited members and their connections, and are never public and never sold. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Be genuine and be kind. Don’t impersonate others, harass anyone, upload content that isn’t yours or that is unlawful, hateful, or explicit, or use Grain to spam, scrape, or solicit. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Grain helps trusted friends introduce you and surfaces mutual connections. We don’t guarantee matches, introductions, or outcomes, and we’re not responsible for the conduct of other members. Meet safely and use your judgement.

You can view, edit, or delete your profile, photos, and data at any time from within the app or by emailing us at the address below. We’ll action deletion requests promptly, except where we must keep certain records to comply with the law.

Grain is offered “as is” while we build and improve it. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Grain. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms as Grain evolves. We’ll revise the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Grain means you accept the updated terms.
